  • 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur 
  • 1 oz triple sec 
  • 1/2 oz cognac 
  • 1 tsp overproof white rum

Make kahlua, triple sec and cognac pousse-cafe style in a cordial glass. Ignite rum in a teaspoon and float on top. Extinguish, and serve.
