Thai Iced Tea

Ingredients:   1/4 cup strong Thai tea  1/2 cup boiling water  2 tsp sweetened condensed milk  ice cubes  garnish with mint Combine Thai tea (i.e., the powder), boiling water, and sweetened condensed milk, stir until blended. Pour into 2 tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves. Makes 2 servings.

The Sri Thug

Ingredients:   2 oz Everclear alcohol  6 oz Mountain Dew citrus soda  1 slice lime Pour Everclear into a highball glass half-filled with ice. Add mountain dew, enough to mask the taste of everclear or to personal preference. Then twist a slice of lime into the glass. Add or discard shell, and serve.

Ingredients:   30 ml whiskey  10 ml coffee  5 ml milk  2 ml Absolut Citron vodka  4 parts ice cubes Just mix it and shake it.
