Ingredients:   2 oz Applejack brandy  1 oz fresh lemon juice  1 tsp sugar  1 splash soda water Pour the brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass. Top with soda water, garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.

Ingredients:   1 oz DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker schnapps  1 oz triple sec  1 dash grenadine syrup  10 – 14 oz Sprite soda Mix ingredients together over ice cubes in a collins glass. Pour into a cocktail shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass, garnish with a lime, and serve.
