Ingredients:   4 oz Champagne  1 splash Campari bitters  1 sugar cube  1 drop Angostura bitters Place a drop of angostura bitters on a sugar cube and drop into a champagne flute. Add champagne and splash of campari.

A Joy Of Almond

Ingredients:   1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur  1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur  1/2 oz creme de almond Pour the kahlua into a chilled rocks glass. Carefully layer the amaretto and creme de almond on top.

A True Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:   1 jigger amaretto almond liqueur  juice of 1/2 lemons  1 maraschino cherry Rub the rim of an old-fashioned glass with lemon, and dip repeatedly into granulated sugar until it has a good “frosted” rim. Shake amaretto with lemon juice, and strain into the glass; over ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Ingredients:   1 oz gin  1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur  1 dash lemon juice  1 dash grenadine syrup Pour the gin, Grand Marnier, lemon juice and grenadine over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Abbey Cocktail

Ingredients:   1 1/2 oz gin  1 dash orange bitters  juice of 1/4 oranges  1 cherry Shake all ingredients (except for the cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the cherry and serve.

Abelito

Ingredients:   5 oz vodka  5 oz club soda  1 splash cranberry juice  1 splash sweetened lime juice Combine equal parts of vodka and club soda in a highball glass. Add a splash of lime juice and cranberry juice, and serve.

Aberdeen Angus

Ingredients:   2 oz Scotch whisky  1 oz Drambuie Scotch whisky  1 tbsp honey  2 tbsp lime juice Stir all but the drambuie into a coffee mug. Warm the drambuie, ignite it and pour the burning liqueur into the mug. Stir rapidly and drink.

Ingredients:   1 1/2 oz vodka  1 oz Drambuie Scotch whisky Pour both ingredients into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice. Stir well, and serve.
